Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Papier Plume ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the KUMtraum application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
- QuickBooks Online data. When you connect your QuickBooks Online ("QBO") company, we access data needed to provide the Service, such as products and services (items), sales transactions, and related company information, via Intuit's authorized API.
- Authorization tokens. We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Intuit so the Service can connect to your QBO company on your behalf.
- Technical data. Basic server logs (such as IP address and request time) used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- To synchronize inventory, products, and sales data between QBO and the Service;
- To generate inventory reports and purchase orders for you;
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How We Share Information
We do not share your data with third parties except: (a) with Intuit/QuickBooks as required to operate the connection; (b) with service providers who host or support the Service under confidentiality obligations; or (c) when required by law.
4. Data Storage and Security
Data and authorization tokens are stored on infrastructure we control and protected using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service. You can revoke access at any time via the disconnect page or from within QuickBooks; on disconnect we delete the stored authorization tokens. To request deletion of any other associated data, contact us at the address below.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
