End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Papier Plume ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the KUMtraum application and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, including by connecting it to your QuickBooks Online account, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our written consent.

3. QuickBooks Online Connection

The Service can connect to your QuickBooks Online ("QBO") company through Intuit's authorized API. You are responsible for maintaining your QBO credentials and for the accuracy of the data in your QBO account. You may disconnect the Service from your QBO account at any time via the disconnect page or from within QuickBooks. Your use of QuickBooks Online is also governed by Intuit's own terms.

4. Data

Our handling of data accessed through the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, and trademarks, is and remains our property or that of our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the Service.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
